Terms and Conditions

Razzo TLB Rental — Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all TLB rental bookings made with Razzo. By submitting a booking request, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking request does not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings are subject to Razzo reviewing and approving the job location, site access and type of work. Your booking is only confirmed once Razzo has contacted you to confirm and payment has been received.

2. Site Assessment

The first 30 minutes of the first working day are used for a compulsory site assessment. During this time, the operator will inspect access, confirm the work area, identify visible risks and discuss the required work with you. This assessment forms part of the booked day. For complex or higher-risk work, Razzo may request a site survey before confirming the booking.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You must disclose all known underground services including pipes, electrical cables and water lines, as well as any access restrictions or unsafe site conditions before the booking starts. Failure to disclose this information may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

4. Operator Authority

The operator has the final decision regarding safe operation of the TLB at all times. Razzo reserves the right to refuse or stop work that is deemed unsafe or likely to damage the machine, regardless of the stage of the booking.

5. Operating Hours

Standard operating hours are 08:00 to 16:30, with a lunch break from 13:00 to 13:30. Work outside these hours requires separate written approval from Razzo.

6. Waiting Time and Site Readiness

Waiting time caused by the customer, blocked access, an unprepared site or any other delay within the customer's control forms part of the booked day. No credit or extension will be given for time lost due to customer-related delays.

7. Refusals and Cancellations

If Razzo declines the work before it starts, the customer will receive a full refund, subject to any reasonable costs already incurred. If the customer cancels after confirmation, please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

8. Weather and Breakdowns

Delays caused by adverse weather conditions or machine breakdowns will be handled through rescheduling, credit or a refund of unused time where applicable. Razzo will communicate with you as soon as possible in these circumstances.

9. Service Area

Razzo currently operates in the Tzaneen area, Limpopo, South Africa. Requests outside this area are subject to separate assessment and approval.

10. Changes to Terms

Razzo reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The terms in effect at the time of your booking confirmation will apply to your booking.
